How can I get a receipt for my purchase?

We use different payment providers in Genius Fax mobile apps and Genius Fax website. Here are the different ways to access your payment history and to get a receipt for your purchases:

iOS

You can access your App Store purchase history and get receipts as described on this page.

Android

You can access your Google Play purchase history as explained on this page.

Web

We use Stripe to process purchases. Each time you make a purchase, a receipt is sent to the email address you use to log into Genius Fax. Make sure that the email address is correct and that the email is not in your spam folder.
