Can I cancel a fax?

It's not possible to cancel a fax in Genius Fax while it's being processed.

If you entered an incorrect number and credits have been taken from your account, don't worry. Most of the time, your fax will fail because of this incorrect number and credits will be returned to your account as we don't charge for failed faxes. You can then resend your fax with the correct number.
