What numbers are not supported by Genius Fax

Some numbers are not supported by Genius Fax. Particularly premium rate numbers that generate revenue for the called party, such as revenue share numbers, business rate numbers, and special-rate services. 

If your fax fails to send, please check if the number you are trying to send your fax to is supported by Genius Fax.

Here's a list of non-supported numbers:

Australia: 1300 numbers

France: 08 numbers (apart from 0802, 0820, 0803 & 0825)

South Africa: 086 numbers

United Kingdom: 084 and 087 numbers
